Job Description

SublimeStart is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Website Developer to join our fully remote team. As a key member of our digital unit, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing the online presence for SublimeStart and our diverse clientele.

We are seeking a proactive problem-solver who is passionate about creating websites that are not only visually appealing but are also user-friendly, well-designed, responsive, and well-performing.

This role is ideal for a developer who excels in a collaborative environment and is dedicated to delivering seamless digital experiences across all devices.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and developing stunning and functional website layouts and features based on client and company requirements.
  • Performing regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting for existing websites to ensure optimal performance.
  • Guaranteeing all websites are fully responsive and optimized for a flawless experience on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
  • Optimizing websites for speed, search engine performance (SEO), and overall user experience.
  • Implementing robust security protocols and regular backup measures to protect digital assets.
  • Collaborating closely with content creators, designers, and advertisers to build cohesive and effective digital platforms.

Your profile

  • Proven experience as a Website Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of web projects.
  • Proficiency in modern web technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and experience with popular CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Webflow).
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles, SEO best practices, and website performance optimization.
  • Experience with website security and data protection measures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong communication skills in Spanish; English proficiency is a significant advantage.
